These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the website at system-pavilionhub.click ("Site") and your relationship with System Pavilionhub Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us"), a company registered in Taiwan with its office at 11F, 320 Chung Hsiao E. Rd., Taipei, Taiwan (R.O.C.).

By accessing the Site or engaging our export readiness advisory services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. Separate written agreements govern paid advisory engagements and prevail over these Terms where they conflict.

We provide business consulting focused on export readiness for Taiwan-based companies. Advisory outputs include reports, checklists, and consultations. We do not act as customs brokers, legal counsel, certification bodies, or freight carriers unless explicitly stated in a signed engagement letter.

3. Website use

You may browse the Site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content for commercial republication without permission, or use the Site to transmit harmful code or misleading inquiries.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and branding, is owned by the Company or licensed to us. Deliverables created under paid engagements are licensed to clients as specified in engagement letters. You may not reproduce our methodology materials for resale or training products without written consent.

5. Information accuracy

Site content is for general orientation. Regulations, tariffs, and market conditions change. Confirm critical decisions through official government sources and qualified professionals. We do not warrant that Site information is complete or current at the time you read it.

6. Limitation of liability
